Southern California College Rugby Swept by BYU

Beating Claremont College (86 - 0) and San Diego State University (69 - 0), BYU had a successful road trip to Southern California.  BYU's second side also had a match against USD (25 - 10) which BYU also won.

OMBAC pretends to have match with SFGG/Belmont Shore

Instead of playing against the San Francisco Golden Gate and/or Belmont Shore, as advertised on their website, OMBAC brought their formerly RSL now Division 1 team against San Diego's Division 2 team, San Diego Old Aztecs, and, no suprise, soundly beat them in A and B games.  While probably a good experience for the Division 2 champions, it may not have been the experience they were planning on having.  SFGG was scheduled to play San Mateo and a new East Palo Alto team called the Bulldogs, so one wonders why this fixture ever appeared on OMBAC's website.  On the other hand, Belmont Shore shows a fixture with SFGG for today also so who knows what happened.

OMBAC 3 also played Ventura RFC's Division 3 team today.  Results pending.
